What are the responsibilities and job description for the Pricing and Programming Analyst position at CNH Industrial?
Responsibilities
- Develops and implements sales incentive programs to stimulate demand for Case IH portfolio of products in a timely and accurate manner.
- Coordinates with marketing and finance to ensure the design, development and cost will achieve market competitiveness and increased market share with positive impact to the company’s gross margin.
- Develops, implements and reports on program spend and usage to ensure that program spend is within the forecast and budget and that the program is effective.
- Initiates financial analysis to provide program alternatives and the impact on retail volumes, market share and company financials.
- Communicates and acts as resource to interpret commercial retail programs and policy detail for internal and field organizations. Offers suggestions on how to use programs to optimize price of product.
- Uses market research, product analysis, and field / dealer customer feedback to recognize opportunities for advancing the brand across a range of products and categories.
- Coordinate programming campaign activities with product marketing, commercial marketing and the sales team.
