Responsibilities
- Ensure UCC (US) and PPSA (CAD) filings are perfected, renewed, amended, and released timely and accurately in accordance with company policies and regulatory guidelines
- Complete the balancing of multiple bank accounts daily including the processing of bank returns and the reconciling of bank files to multiple system applications for both customer and dealer accounts to identify and resolve outstanding issues
- Work with internal and external contacts to resolve unbalanced account issues with urgency and follow up timely until resolved
- Comply with Delegation of Authority requirements and processing authority levels
