What are the responsibilities and job description for the Product Support Specialist - Precision Level 2 position at CNH Industrial?
Responsibilities
- Be a technical resource for other members of the Precision Support team.
- Build and maintain Technical Documents for current use with specific procedures for our customer / technicians in the field.
- Be hands on with our dealers and customer to resolve issues by phone or Face to Face on occasion on factory fit, aftermarket and digital solutions.
- Work closely with other product & precision support teams, field sales managers and quality teams to ensure timely resolution to technical concerns / issues throughout the crop year.
- Provide feedback to Product management to improve the design of our solutions.
- Diagnosis of systems using electronic test equipment and interpretation of fault codes.
- Adjustments and settings for hydraulic, electrical and application performance.
- Knowledge of procedures related to equipment repairs and preventive maintenance.
- Answer general inquiries related to setup and operation of precision aftermarket solutions.
- Reacting quickly to HOT TOPIC issues and solving them in a professional and efficient manner.
