- Oversee content creation and distribution across various social media platforms, ensuring high-quality and engaging posts.
- Develop influencer marketing strategies and campaigns that align with clients' goals and objectives.
- Manage the execution of influencer marketing strategies, including identifying and recruiting influential content creators, managing relationships, and content deliverables.
- Oversee the management of social media channels for clients, including publishing posts and some community management.
- Manage paid social campaigns for clients, including strategic recommendations on campaign targeting, placements, and ad types, campaign optimizations, and budget management.
- Monitor and analyze social media metrics to assess campaign performance and ROI.
- Educate client teams on everything social media, from social media strategy to developing ambassador programs.
- Assist in new business RFPs and pitches as required.
- Support and promote the agency through event attendance and speaking opportunities.
