E-Commerce Data Entry Specialist

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Data Entry Expert with strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with online commerce platforms to join our team. This individual will play a key role in managing and optimizing data for our Shopify site, converting product data from external vendors into a format compatible with Shopify, and supporting various data entry tasks related to our e-commerce operations.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing and maintaining the data continued in our Shopify site, ensuring product listings, pricing, and inventory are accurate and up-to-date.
• Convert product data from external vendors into Shopify-readable formats (CSV, Excel, etc.).
• Monitor product feeds and ensure the accuracy and consistency of product information across the site.
• Collaborate with the team to implement new features or improvements to the Shopify platform.
• Troubleshoot any technical issues with data uploads, updates, or integrations with third-party tools.
• Support other e-commerce-related data tasks as needed.

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas, pivot tables, and data manipulation.
• Exposure to Shopify or other e-commerce platforms.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with large data sets.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical team members.

Education and Experience:

• Entry level, 1-2 years preferred.

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
