WHAT YOU’LL DO
· Perform essential maintenance, including DOT inspections on semi-truck and trailer bodies, systems, and components.
· Clean and maintain assigned work areas, including common shop areas and facility grounds
· Keeping safety first and foremost in all business practices and maintain OSHA requirements
· Complete required forms paper or electronically and input required information into the fleet management system in a timely manner.
· Perform routine preventive maintenance on fleet vehicles and equipment, including but not limited to lubrication and oil changes; seat repair; brake, wheel, tire, and battery services; belt, hose, headlight, and basic component replacement.
· Perform basic to intermediate skill-level repair work on fleet vehicles and equipment, including but not limited to the alternator, starter, water pump replacement, and auxiliary equipment installation.
· Perform DOT-mandated safety inspections on fleet vehicles.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO HAVE
3 years of verified experience of Tractor-Trailer repair experience
Valid Driver’s License with acceptable driving record
Must be 21 years old
High School Diploma or equivalent
Must have own tools
DOT Brake/ Annual Inspection certification
Liftgate Experience
Roll-Up Door Experience

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $28.00 - $35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.00 per week
