CR Fletcher is partnering with IBEW Local 43 & Electrical Contractors Welfare Fund in the search for an experienced Administrative Assistant. The ideal candidate will use their Administrative and Organizational skills to support the day-to-day operations of the Welfare, Pension and Annuity Funds. A thorough knowledge and proficiency of all Microsoft Office programs is needed as you will create and manage spreadsheets, correspondence, and physical and digital files. Every day is fast-paced, and you must be able to shift priorities as business needs change. This position will report directly to the Fund Office's Plan Manager. If you are known for your ability to get things done efficiently and effectively, you may be a perfect fit for this position. What you will do :

  • Handle calls, emails, and various other forms of communication.
  • Assist with special projects, conduct research, and gather data for reporting, to help the Fund Office staff optimize day-to-day operations.
  • Utilize clear and concise verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Prepare, edit, proofread, and deliver various reports, mailings, presentations, and other correspondence.
  • Maintain files and documents (both physically and digitally) with the utmost accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Aid other departments as needed, may perform basic accounting tasks when necessary.
  • Provide clerical support of Policies and Procedures and annual audits.

What we are looking for :

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree in Business Administration preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-security office setting; no remote work.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Calendar, Teams) required.
  • Notary license is a plus.
  • Working knowledge of Accounts Receivable / Payable is a plus.
  • Someone highly organized, with the ability to prioritize tasks, adapt to changing priorities, and consistently meet deadlines while managing multiple responsibilities.
  • Previous administrative work experience required.
  • Exceptional time management and attention to detail.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and demonstrable critical thinking abilities.
  • Maturity and integrity when handling confidential information, including financial data and sensitive HIPAA-governed client information.
  • Salary : $40,000-45,000 / year
