CR Fletcher is recruiting for a Billing Coordinator for a large, growing company in Syracuse, NY. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Prepare and print bills from systems as directed and mail to clients with attachments as needed
- Assist staff with problem bills as necessary
- Maintain communication with internal staff regarding client bills and any special handling of bills
- Set up customers in database with appropriate billing and tracking functionalities
- 5 years of current billing experience, preferably in a legal, medical, or professional services environment or related industry desired
- Excellent organizational skills
- Attention to detail. Exceptional proofreading skills to verify accuracy of numbers
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and prioritize work as necessary
- Team player. Willingness to assist other team members when needed
- Above average PC skills : Word, Excel, and other billing / time entry systems
A Great Candidate Will Be :
Salary : 50,000 , DOE
