Our scope of work includes complex highway construction projects, private and public site development, asphalt paving from parking lots to interstates, soil stabilization and reclamation of roadways, sewer and water system construction, installation of all types of storm drainage, and hot mix asphalt sales. The position of Asphalt Manufacturing Technician Level 3 involves the operation and maintenance of machinery used to produce asphalt. The successful candidate will ensure the efficient regulation of material flow, maintain optimal system speed and temperature, perform necessary preventative maintenance, and adhere to all safety protocols. The ideal applicant should have a minimum of two years of relevant experience in an industrial environment, excellent communication skills, and an ability to manage multiple projects while meeting stringent deadlines. Knowledge of DOT, OSHA, EPA, and CDL regulations, understanding required, and valid transportation is necessary for this position, along with the willingness to travel. This position will report to the plant foreman.
