What You’ll Get to Do

The Will Call Lead for our Kent, Washington facility will report to the Operations Manager. The Will Call Lead works directly with customers. This person is responsible for providing product and service information and process orders. This role requires a strong focus on driving sales, strengthening customer relationships, and support efforts in positioning the branch as a direct and trusted contact for the location. Job responsibilities include:

• Listen attentively to customer needs and concerns; demonstrate empathy
• Maintain broad knowledge of clients, products and services
• Accurately process over-the-counter, phoned, faxed and e-mailed orders
• Document customer interactions and transactions
• Data entry, daily cash balancing, and sales audits
• Will lead the general business operation in this facility and work cross functionally with the warehouse organization.

Required Competencies

• Previous customer service experience preferred, but not required
• CRL product knowledge preferred, but not required
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment, stay current with all inquiries and tasks
• Must be able to communicate effectively and conduct yourself professionally, with excellent written and verbal communications
• Able to read and perform simple mathematical calculations
• Good computer skills
• Lifting and packaging of products of complete orders.

What We Are Looking For
To be considered for the Will Call Lead opportunity, the following conditions are preferred:

• 2-5 years of experience in glazing and architectural aluminum industry
• Strong in the use of Microsoft Office products
• Business Acumen
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred

Hourly range: $24.33 to $29.21
