CarePro Health Services-Cedar Rapids has an immediate opening for a full-time Home Health Aide to join our caregiving team.
In this role, you will provide personal care and homemaking services to patients in their homes, following an established care plan. This full-time position requires a minimum of 30 hours per week between Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.

What You’ll Do:
- Assist patients with mobility and exercises
- Assist with patient's personal care activities, such as dressing and bathing
- Perform domestic and household tasks
- Provide companionship and basic support
- Maintain patient care records and document provided services
- Provide respite services
What We’re Looking For:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must have proven working experience with responsibilities listed above (CNA certification is a plus)
- Basic computer skills required, including mobile devices, data entry, and familiarity with using electronic medical records (EMR)
- Caring and compassionate personality
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance
