Client Enrollment Specialist

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Client Enrollment Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing the client enrollment process, ensuring that prospective clients are effectively screened and qualify for our therapy services. This position requires a blend of project management skills, leadership abilities, and a passion for helping individuals navigate their educational journey. The Client Enrollment Specialist will work closely with the Community Outreach Coordinator to enhance outreach efforts and improve enrollment volume.

Responsibilities
- Manage the enrollment process from initial inquiry through to successful client enrollment.
- Educate prospective clients about therapy services available to them.
- Co - Conduct public speaking engagements to promote programs at community events.
- Utilize social media management techniques to engage with prospective clients and enhance visibility.
- Collect and analyze data related to enrollment trends and effectiveness of outreach efforts.

Experience
- Proven experience in project management, demonstrating the ability to oversee multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong leadership skills with experience in supervising teams or projects.
- Background in social work or related fields is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with data collection methods and analysis for informed decision-making.
- Excellent public speaking skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences effectively.
- Experience in social media management to promote programs and engage potential students.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $47,263.00 - $50,475.00 per year
