C&S has an immediate opening for a full-time Business Development/HR Specialist in our office located in Jefferson City.
Hours/salary for Business Development/HR Specialist: Monday-Friday 8 a.m.-5 p.m.; salary is commensurate with experience commissions and benefits package
Responsibilities for Business Development/HR Specialist:
- identifying and pursue new business opportunities
- developing and maintain relationships with clients and candidates
- planning, scheduling and preparing presentations to pitch products or services
- meeting with upper management to discuss progress and performance
- comparing current sales numbers to desired quotas
- delegating sales and marketing tasks among team members
- traveling to visit clients and attend networking and recruiting events
- conducting research to identify new markets and customer needs
- developing strategic plans and marketing programs to increase company revenues and profitability
- seek out potential candidates through various methods, such as networking, job fairs, and building relationships with educational institutions and professional organizations to source candidates
- enhance the company’s reputation as an employer of choice by promoting the company culture and benefits to potential candidates
- act as a backup for staffing specialist
Requirements for Business Development/HR Specialist
- previous business development/growth management and HR experience
- strong communication, networking, interpersonal and recruitment skills
- ability to create and apply an effective sales strategy to drive sustainable financial growth and customer satisfaction
- computer knowledge and ability to learn HR software
