Salary/hours for Hybrid Customer Service Representatives: $16.50/hr. full benefit package; Monday-Friday 8 a.m.-5 p.m. (No holidays or weekends); 3 days remote, 2 days in Jefferson City office
Responsibilities for Hybrid Customer Service Representatives:
- assisting participants with questions regarding claims and benefits
- relaying information regarding policies and procedures
- documenting contacts as required
Requirements for Hybrid Customer Service Representatives:
- must reside within commuting distance from Jefferson City
- excellent communication and customer service skills
- must have strong, reliable internet service
- basic office and phone skills
- previous customer service experience preferred
