Looking for an Administrative Assistant to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks in a busy dealership office! Duties of the Administrative Assistant include providing support to our managers and employees and assisting in daily office needs. Looking for someone with great customer service skills. Must also be detailed oriented, reliable, and able to work independently. Duties include cashiering, answering phones, filing, along with some date entry. Position has an alternating schedule with another person typically two days during the week from 2-7, and alternating Friday (2-6) and Saturdays (8-6). - Answer and direct phone calls
- Develop and maintain a filing system
- Provide general support to visitors
Skills
- Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
- High School degree; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus
