The Role:

You will play a pivotal part in both marketing initiatives and sales efforts, combining the best of both worlds to drive success for our company. Top candidates will possess a blend of creativity and analytical skills, with a strong understanding of digital marketing trends and tools.

This role is responsible for the support of all marketing and sales operations of the organization including strategy and completion of all marketing facets for the company including market, territory and customer research, website content, promotional materials, and management of social media. Your key duties will include:

Marketing Responsibilities

• Manage the development and implementation of marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, email, and content marketing.
• Manage product management tasks to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials.
• Optimize website content to improve search engine rankings and drive organic traffic.
• Create visually appealing graphics and promotional materials.
• Handle various administrative tasks related to marketing programs and initiatives.
• Organize and maintain marketing collateral, images, and other brand materials.
• Analyze marketing and sales data to measure effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
• Contribute to a fun and positive work culture that encourages teamwork and success.
• Maintains knowledge of trends and developments in the market; identifies needs for new technology and solutions and makes recommendations to leadership.
• Assist with internal communications for all departments.

Sales Responsibilities

• Assist in supporting sales strategies and initiatives to drive revenue growth.
• Act as a liaison between sales and other departments to ensure smooth workflow and communication.
• Provide general administrative support to the Sales Leadership team, including coordinating meetings, and preparing necessary materials.
• Assist/ follow-up with bid proposals, including drafting, accurately managing the editing process, and producing error-free deliverables.
• Support inside sales efforts.
• Assist in compiling and analyzing sales data to create regular and ad hoc reports, helping to identify trends and key metrics within the company.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, spreadsheets, and other reporting tools to track sales performance.
• Maintain and update CRM systems to ensure data accuracy and track the progress of sales opportunities.
• Assist in planning, organizing, and executing events to support marketing and sales efforts.
• Assist in managing branded merchandise and promotional giveaways to support the sales team.
