The successful candidate will work closely with the Project Manager and fulfill an integral role on the project. This position requires travel within Central New York. Key qualifications include:
- Minimum 10 years' experience as a construction superintendent or leading construction projects in the field
- College or university degree
- Strong ability to read and interpret plans and specs
- Understanding of construction terms, scheduling, and planning concepts
- Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Word, and Excel
- Prior experience with Procore project management software is a plus
- Excellent organizational, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Understanding of the importance of safety and quality on job sites
