What You'll Do As a Construction Inspector

As a Construction Inspector at C.S. Davidson, Inc., you'll be part of a vital team ensuring the successful completion of public works, streets, stormwater, water, and sewer projects. Your hands-on construction background will be valuable as you ensure that work aligns perfectly with plans and specifications.

Equipped with a company-owned vehicle, you'll travel to construction sites to enforce contract requirements and meticulously document daily activities. Your keen ability to gather information, troubleshoot issues, collaborate with project managers, and make informed decisions will be the key to your success. With top-notch organizational skills, the independence to thrive, and advanced roadway and utility construction knowledge, you're exactly what we're looking for in a construction inspector.

Job Requirements As a Construction Inspector

• 5 years of construction experience, including sanitary sewer, wastewater treatment facility, asphalt paving, and/or stormwater management.
• Proficient in math and writing skills.
• The knack for interpreting project drawings and specifications.
• Computer skills for creating professional, comprehensive, and precise inspection reports.
• A valid State Driver's License.
