Checkout A Day In the Life Here : https : / / youtu.be / Mo7OVqe7PVYYou Will Contribute By : Drive a tractor-trailer (semi-truck / eighteen-wheeler) combination, applying knowledge of commercial driving regulations, to transport and deliver products Make an average of 6-8 stops per day; pallets can consist of all types of products Maneuver the truck into the loading or unloading position Weigh truck as needed en route and / or at vendors to document weight and conform to state / company regulations Electronic logging according to I.C.C. regulations Inspect the truck before and after trips and submit a report indicating the truck's condition Read the bill of lading to determine the assignment For specific customers, Drivers will be required to count cases as well as pallet verification upon delivery Ability to maneuver truck into loading or unloading position in tight urban areas.
