Job Summary:
C&S Healthcare Services Inc. is seeking compassionate and dedicated caregivers to join our team in providing quality and compassionate care to seniors in Houston, Texas. As a caregiver, you will be responsible for assisting seniors with their daily activities, providing companionship, and helping to improve their overall quality of life.
Compensation & Benefits:
We offer a competitive hourly rate of $13-$14 per hour, paid weekly. In addition to the hourly rate, we offer flexible schedules to accommodate our caregivers' needs, ongoing training opportunities, and a supportive work environment.
Responsibilities:
• Assist seniors with daily living activities such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
• Provide companionship and engage seniors in social activities
• Medication reminders
• Help with meal planning, preparation, and feeding
• Perform light housekeeping duties, such as laundry and tidying up
• Monitor seniors for any changes in health and report to the supervisor
• Follow care plans as outlined by the supervisor
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of care provided
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years of caregiving experience with seniors
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
• Valid Auto Insurance
