Crossan Enterprises, a family-owned business with over 60 years of experience, is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead our financial and IT functions. As a key member of our senior leadership team, you will drive strategic planning, process improvements, and growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the Controller, accounting, and finance teams, and IT staff across the enterprise.
- Develop and manage relationships with auditors, banks, insurance providers, and legal counsel.
- Oversee internal controls, systems security, business continuity, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Contribute to business planning, financial forecasting, and performance monitoring and reporting.
- Monitor cash availability, manage short-term investments, and maintain debt compliance.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or equivalent.
- At least 10 years of finance leadership and planning experience.
- Experience directing financial planning efforts.
- Ability to travel domestically.
- Construction industry experience and understanding of construction business operations.
- Experience in a similar-sized private company.
- Currently in a CFO role.
