Job Overview
The Service Worker performs and provides a variety of general maintenance, repair, and upkeep tasks for various Enterprise properties.Primary Responsibilities
- Maintenance: Perform a wide range of maintenance tasks on Enterprise property and fixtures.
- Repairs: Perform general repair of Enterprise property and fixtures.
- Cleaning: Sustain the upkeep and cleanliness of Enterprise property and grounds.
- Supplies and Equipment: Properly utilize, maintain and store Enterprise supplies and equipment to perform work duties and adhere to all safety standards and polities.
- Groundskeeping: Perform landscaping maintenance and work to keep Enterprise ground clean and functional.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum 5 years of service or maintenance experience.
- Strong analysis, organization, time management, and written/verbal communication skills.
- Detail oriented, professional, and reliable.
- Flexible, inventive, positive attitude – self-starter with a collaborative desire to see the team succeed.
- Computer proficiency (MS Excel and Outlook)
- Strong interpersonal skills, comfortable interacting with all levels of the organization.
