Job Summary
The Maintenance and Repair Services Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair of industrial refrigeration systems, as well as performing other duties as assigned.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the maintenance and repair of industrial refrigeration systems, including scheduling and coordinating work with outside contractors
- Conduct daily inspections of equipment and report any issues or concerns to management
- Assist in the development of standard operating procedures for maintenance and repair activities
- Provide support to the Manager of Facilities Maintenance in managing assets and ensuring compliance with regulatory programs
Requirements
- Associate Degree in HVACR or related field
- RETA - Certified Assistant Refrigeration Operator (CARO) certification or equivalent experience
- 4 years of experience in refrigeration/electrical/HVAC
- Candidate must have good communication and organizational skills
