Job Title: Warehouse Shift Operations Manager
The Warehouse Shift Operations Manager will oversee daily shift operations to ensure quality, safety, and production requirements are met. They will lead and manage Warehouse Supervisors, monitor labor standards, and conduct performance management activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Directly oversee daily shift operations including selection, shipping, receiving, cross-docking, and trailer loading operations.
- Lead and manage Warehouse Supervisors in the efficient and safe operation of Warehouse activities.
- Monitor labor standards daily and take appropriate action to ensure standards are achieved.
- Conduct performance management activities including annual performance appraisals and design of training and career development plans.
- Ensure that progressive coaching and counseling concepts are conducted according to established policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- General warehouse experience with a minimum of 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Associate Degree or equivalent in General Studies.
- Bilingual ability is a plus.
Work Environment:
The Warehouse Shift Operations Manager will work in a Grocery Warehouse environment with temperatures ranging from 50F to 90F.
