Job Description
Location: Wethersfield, CT
Hourly Rate: $21-$23/hr
You will contribute by:
- Perform clerical and administrative support, including the creating and maintaining of a filing system, being the interface of communication internally and externally (phones, mail, email, etc.)
- Ensure the department is prepared for all scheduled meetings; prepare materials, including presentation; facilitate others participation to ensure meeting efficiency.
- Process invoices, checks, Apron requests.
- Maintain department calendar as well as coordinate schedules and travel arrangements.
- Assist with running and auditing reports.
- Assist with overseeing export accounts including orders and keeping track of shipping schedules.
- Work closely with the Sales team.
- Office : Office Temperature (65F to 75F)
- Process oriented Systems savvy (C&S systems, Microsoft Excel/PowerPoint/Visio)
- Strong attention to details Forward thinker who anticipates and does not wait for instruction
- Great with relationship building and how to navigate within C&S to get things done Self-starter.
- 3-5: Relevant work experience
