Summer Internship (May - July 2025)
Position Mission : The helpdesk role at C / Sharpe is the first point of contact for technology services and requests. The mission statement of the helpdesk relates to the Core Values of being Servant Hearted, Trustworthy, taking Ownership of the issue and producing Results.

Job Responsibilities Include :
1) Respond to requests via email, inbound calls, and / or via tickets utilizing the company ticketing system.
2) Attend weekly staff / mentor meetings
3) Work with vendor support to resolve issues
4) Set up new user accounts and devices
5) Track and report inventory utilizing the asset management software
6) Provide user orientation via onboarding
7) Perform various tasks related to documenting instructional materials
8) Escalate requests as necessary
9) Adhere to cybersecurity methodologies and standards
