Mission
Talent Acquisition Coordinator is responsible for sourcing and recruiting talent to support the companys complex building restoration projects. This role will also help streamline organizational processes within the People Services team to enhance efficiency and employee experience.
Outcomes : Recruiting :
Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates through proactive sourcing, networking, and outreach efforts.
Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and ensure alignment with company goals and culture.
Coordinate the end-to-end hiring process, including posting jobs, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and scheduling interviews with hiring managers.
Develop and maintain relationships with trade schools, workforce development programs, and industry associations to attract top talent.
Utilize social media, job boards, and other platforms to effectively market job openings and company culture.
Organizational Processes for People Services Team :
Support the People Services team in optimizing and documenting processes related to onboarding, compliance, and employee engagement initiatives.
Maintain and update recruiting and employee records to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Assist in scheduling and coordinating People Services-related events, meetings, and training sessions.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the implementation of new tools and systems to enhance efficiency.

Preferred Experience
2 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruiting, or HR-related roles, preferably with a focus on field / skilled labor hiring.
Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and Learning Management System (LMS) is a plus.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of sourcing techniques, including social media recruiting, networking, and partnerships with trade organizations.
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and other relevant HR tools.
