OVERVIEW
C Speed is looking for a motivated individual to fill the role of Facility Administrator for their Titusville, FL operations. This position will support the facility administrative needs of the Tethered Aerostat Radar System (TARS) Consolidated Technical Operations Center (CTOC). They will work with administration, leadership, and engineers, to ensure daily operational requirements are being fulfilled. The Facility Administrator role will be an integral team member supporting all facility needs.
The Facility Administrator will coordinate facility administration and support TARS program. Due to the variety of the work products, the successful candidate will need a flexible and adaptable skill set, with a strong learning orientation. The candidate must possess strong organizational and basic accounting skills with the ability to multitask and collaborate with the engineering team to define facility requirements and project details. The candidate must also be able to track facility equipment and material purchases.
POSITION SUMMARY
• The candidate will be assigned as a Facility Administrator and actions will include finding vendors with services or available stock and/or desirable lead times, ensuring projects are complete to meet the operational and ancillary facility requirements outlined by leadership and facility budgets.
• Arranging support on-site and off-site meetings to include video teleconferences and Skype meetings, conferences, and associated catering.
• Arranging travel plans for assigned group and preparing expense reports.
• Coordinating and ordering office supplies.
• Coordinating and supporting requests for office equipment, department office space and providing network access and phones.
• PowerPoint chart/agenda production and reproduction.
• Supporting customer relations and interfacing including customer visits and meetings, setup of meetings, and coordination of badge access and visit requests with Security.
• Prepare Request for Quotations (RFQ’s), source selections, and analyze results.
• Providing backup and fill-in for the site director's administrative assistant during absences.
• Additional duties and related responsibilities will be assigned as required.
SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS
Required
• Experience in managing emails, calendars, and schedules.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, to include PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
• Must be able to obtain & maintain a Secret level clearance.
• Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure.
Preferred
• Ability to work both in a team and individually
• Working knowledge of SharePoint and Internet research skills.
• Strong organization, communication, and documentation skills.
• Self-motivated and driven desire to succeed with minimal direction.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
• High School Diploma in relevant field of study required. Related experience may be substituted for education at the rate of 2 years’ experience for each year of education.
• 5 years of applicable work experience.
