Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Retail Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service, sales, and creating a positive shopping experience for our customers.
Duties:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide product knowledge and recommendations to customers
- Process sales transactions accurately using cash registers or electronic systems
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Assist with restocking shelves and monitoring inventory levels
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits
- Handle customer inquiries via phone or in-person with excellent phone etiquette
Experience:
- Proficiency in retail math for handling transactions and providing change
- Multilingual abilities are a plus for assisting diverse customer base
- Experience in cash handling and operating point-of-sale systems
- Ability to conduct engaging product demos to drive sales
- Strong communication skills in English, additional languages are beneficial
- Basic math skills for inventory management and sales calculations
- Knowledge of phone etiquette for effective customer communication
- Organizational skills to maintain store appearance and manage stock efficiently
