We are seeking a talented and creative individual to join our team as a Videographer/Video Editor. You will be an integral part of the creative team at C Squared Social, playing a crucial role in shaping our clients’ visual identities.
This role requires a blend of technical expertise, artistic flair, and a passion for storytelling through video. Responsibilities
Production Management:
- Develop and execute compelling creative concepts for a wide range of marketing campaigns.
- Ensure the creative vision aligns with client goals and brand standards.
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand project requirements and objectives.
- Oversee all stages of content production from pre-production to post-production.
- Manage budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of projects.
- Coordinate with copywriters, designers, editors, and other creative professionals.
- Implement best practices and continuously seek opportunities for process improvements.
Client Relations:
- Serve as a key point of contact for clients during the production process.
- Present creative concepts and production plans to clients, incorporating their feedback and ensuring satisfaction.

Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Film, Media Production, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience (5 years) in directing and producing multimedia content, preferably within a marketing or advertising agency.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative and successful marketing campaigns featuring photography and videography work.
- Proficiency in production software and tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, DaVinci Resolve, or similar.
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with a keen ability to articulate creative concepts and strategies.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing project requirements and deadlines.
- Passion for storytelling and a deep understanding of current marketing trends and techniques.
