Position Overview
C2 Systems is currently seeking a Project Coordinator & Warehouse Assistant to join our team in our Auburn, NH office. This hybrid role is a unique opportunity for a highly organized and motivated individual to support both project coordination and warehouse operations.
As a Project Coordinator, the candidate will assist with scheduling and dispatching field technicians, tracking active projects, preparing service quotes, and ensuring seamless communication between teams. The candidate will also be responsible for managing equipment inventory and assisting with invoicing and administrative support as needed.
As a Warehouse Assistant, the candidate will support the full-time warehouse staff as needed. The candidate is expected to issue materials and supplies to field crews, receive and verify incoming deliveries, maintain accurate inventory records, and ensure the warehouse remains organized and efficient. This role also requires conducting weekly cycle counts, maintaining a clean and safe facility, and operating warehouse equipment, including forklifts.
The ideal candidate should be highly motivated and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Applicants must possess strong organizational skills and attention to detail while being comfortable working in both office and warehouse settings. The candidate will interact with customers, vendors, and co-workers daily and must be able to provide timely updates and maintain accurate documentation.
This position is a 75/25 split between office and warehouse responsibilities and may require occasional lifting of up to 50 lbs. Forklift certification or willingness to obtain one is required.
Hours are typically Monday-Friday 8:30AM-5:30PM (subject to change based on business needs)
This role may require frequent travel within New England.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Support scheduling and dispatching of field technicians and engineers.
- Service quotes and invoicing.
- Project tracking and updating.
- Equipment inventory and tracking.
- Stock office & kitchen supplies as needed.
- Issues supplies, materials and equipment to C Squared Employees; manually pre-picks stock items from multi-level racking which are specified in Work Order documents, in advance for issuance to field crews; completes all necessary paperwork for stock items issued.
- Receives delivered supplies, materials, and equipment; confirms that delivered goods match purchase order specifications of quantity, condition, model number, etc.; completes all necessary paperwork for stock items received.
- Utilizes computer system to properly account for inventory
- Conducts weekly cycle counts
- Organizes and maintains warehouse area for efficient storage and handling of material
- Maintains a clean and safe facility environment (building wide)
- Operates forklift and other necessary vehicles and equipment
- Provides delivery of materials to in-field job sites throughout New England
Skills/Qualifications:
- High School diploma and one (1) year relevant experience, or any equivalent combination of education and experience.
- One (1) year experience in forklift operation.
- Must possess a valid Driver License.
- Exceptional communication and organization skills
- Must be able to obtain OSHA required Forklift Certification within four months after date of hire.
- Working knowledge of inventory control practices; working knowledge of tools, supplies, and equipment including computer terminal operation.
- Considerable knowledge of hazards and Safety precautions relating to equipment operation, loading and unloading of materials.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with other employees and vendors; ability to organize items by broad and specific classifications.
