Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated Sales Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and managing client relationships, driving sales growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role requires a strategic thinker with a background in new sales and account management, capable of navigating complex sales processes and fostering long-term partnerships. Our market is in environmental services through the recycling of waste oil, waste water, waste antifreeze, and vacuum truck services
Duties
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and maximize revenue.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective account management.
- Identify new business opportunities through market research and warm calling techniques.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform business development strategies.
- Provide regular updates on sales performance, forecasts, and market insights to senior management.
