C SUITE is looking for an Account Manager to join our Operations team. As the Account Manager, you will be responsible for supporting B2B accounts and projects on all aspects of orders from discovery through punch-list.
The Account Manager role collaborates with Sales to support, grow, close and deliver on new and existing opportunities. This role reports to the Director of Sales Operations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
Responds to RFPs / RFQs with pricing & lead times on our full offering of Ancillary products
Effectively manages COM process
Asks probing questions regarding deadlines and manages processes accordingly
Assists with alternate product suggestions based on customer priorities
Coordinates with Logistics on freight and delivery quotes
Proactively updates customer throughout entire life cycle of project
YOU WILL :
Establish exceptional working relationships with clients, dealers / purchasing agents as well as C SUITE’S sales and operations teams and vendors.
Manage full life cycle of activity including providing pricing and quotes, placing orders, tracking and monitoring for ship dates, identifying and resolving discrepancies and changes to provide an exceptional client experience.
Evaluate and report on projections against incoming orders.
Provide clients and sales teams with detailed status reports on all account activity including open orders, proposals, projects and unresolved issues.
Know when to prioritize client needs while following established procedures.
Monitor factory production and shipping schedules to identify and resolve timeline challenges.
Exercise good judgment and discretion in handling confidential materials and matters.
YOU MUST HAVE :
Excellent written communication skills
Attention to detail with the ability to pivot between the task at hand and a big picture view
3 years of contract furniture industry experience
Exceptional organizational, time management, customer service and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Ability to read and understand floor plans and other related technical drawings.
Proficient in Microsoft Office. NetSuite is a plus.
Understanding of operational and logistical processes.
