Position Summary:
· Provide professional window and related product(s) installation on every job to support the team in completing each job on time, and within budget, according to company-wide proprietary practices.
· Provide assistance and support to Carpenter as required.
· Measure, cut, trim, and prepare materials for installation.
·Erect ladders, scaffolding, and pole jack systems in compliance with safety standards and regulations.
· Maintain a safe, clean, and orderly working environment, including daily preparation and end of day clean-up of jobsite.
·Adhere to company-wide and federally regulated safety standards and procedures.
·Communicate effectively to Carpenter with reports on client needs, problems, or interests.

The position of Window Technician requires daily physical demands while working in all weather conditions. Window Technicians are regularly required to sit, reach, bend, crawl, crouch, kneel, stand, walk, climb, and balance. Proper body mechanics are required due to considerable use of hands, arms, legs, and movement/use of whole body to handle, position, lift and manipulate materials.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate for this position will have:
· High School Diploma or GED
· Working knowledge of construction tools and equipment
· Valid driver's license
· Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills
· Consistent on-time attendance
· Desire to perform physical labor while working in year-round outdoor conditions.
