We are seeking an HR Generalist who will play a pivotal role in ensuring compliance across our Dental Support Organization (DSO) while fostering a positive and productive workplace culture. The ideal candidate will excel in benefits administration, Learning Management System (LMS) oversight, and effective communication with team members and management. A proactive approach to problem-solving, prompt responses, and delivering results is critical to success in this role.
This fully remote position requires minimal travel. Candidates must reside in AL, FL, GA, PA, TX, SC, VA, MS, or NC.
Key Responsibilities
- Compliance & Benefits Administration: Administer employee benefits programs, ensuring timely enrollment, updates, and clear communication to employees while maintaining compliance.
- Performance Management: Oversee the performance review cycle, ensuring consistency and adherence to company policy.
- HR Inquiries: Respond promptly to employee questions about benefits, PTO, retirement plans, and other HR-related topics.
- LMS Management: Lead the management of the Learning Management System (LMS), including content creation, engagement tracking, and reporting.
- Employee Relations: Provide guidance and support to managers on employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions while fostering a positive work environment.
- Policy Development: Collaborate on developing and implementing HR policies and procedures, ensuring they align with organizational goals.
- Onboarding: Support onboarding and orientation processes to ensure smooth transitions for new team members.
- Data Management: Maintain and update employee records with a focus on accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance.
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Act as a liaison between HR and management teams to support strategic initiatives.
- Project Contribution: Participate in HR projects, ensuring timely and high-quality outcomes.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5 years as an HR Generalist or equivalent role, with a strong emphasis on compliance and benefits administration.
- LMS Expertise: Experience with LMS platforms, including engagement tracking and content creation; 360Learning experience is a plus.
- HRIS Knowledge: Familiarity with HRIS systems; UKG experience is a plus.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to write concise policies and communicate effectively with team members at all levels.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with exceptional attention to detail.
- Policy Writing: Proven ability to craft clear and concise policies and procedures.
