We are a growing dental service organization (DSO) that supports several dozen partner locations across the country. Our goal is to help you grow and positively impact lives by improving the smiles, confidence, and overall health of our guests.
IT Support Specialist is required to have 2-4 years of experience in the field working as an IT Support Specialist or in a related area. Be familiar with a variety of the fields' concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Must have excellent technical knowledge of PC's and desktop hardware and be able to operate effectively in a team environment with both technical and nontechnical team members. Be Self-confidence in your analytical and problem-solving skills good communication (both verbal and written) skills.
Some weekends and after-hours are required – depending on the work and office availability due to the office's schedule.
Job Requirements:
- Travel between practices is required.
- Microsoft qualification and Windows Server administration required.
- Must be MSSE certified.
- It's a must to have VoIP Experience, creating call flows, porting numbers, and troubleshooting.
- Set up desktops, printers, and scanners, and maintain existing equipment.
- Provide remote and telephone support for end-users.
- Research, diagnose, troubleshoot and identify solutions to resolve end-user issues.
- Document resolution and record in an online ticketing system.
- Project Implementation for new dental offices.
- Travel to different dental office locations.
- Monitor servers and workstations through Remote Management Services.
- Working in a team environment.
