What are the responsibilities and job description for the Assistant Director position at C-TEC Career & Technology Center?
Successful candidate will demonstrate proficiency in the observation process. Additionally, the candidate will possess strong leadership skills, ability to coach staff and students through challenging conversations, engage with a variety of stakeholders and community members, and represent C-TEC in a positive fashion throughout their obligations. A background in Career Technical education is desirable, but not required.
Ohio Principal License, or higher, OTES 2.0 credential or ability to obtain OTES 2.0 credential.
