We are seeking an experienced leader to join our C.V. Security team as a Field Service Operations Manager. This role involves overseeing installation and service teams, ensuring high-quality service delivery, and managing day-to-day operations.
Responsibilities
- Oversee project/job installations and maintenance, ensuring compliance with industry regulations, company-approved standards, and customer specifications.
- Conduct service calls and troubleshoot complex technical issues when needed.
- Assist administrative and service coordination staff in scheduling to optimize daily operations.
The successful candidate will have at least 5-7 years of experience in the security industry, with a minimum of 3 years in a managerial role. Relevant industry certifications (ESA, NICET) are a plus.
