Typical DME responsibilities:
Defining / understanding the Build Objectives with OEM,
Generate RSS Stack studies to support the Build Objectives
Defining / understanding robust Datum Schemes
Creation of the GD&T drawings and CMM Measurement plans, using NX Software.
Provide input into Check Fixtures' gage design/build.
Analyze CMM output measurement data, identify tolerance relief and mean-shift requirements.
Support Engineering team in gaining PPAP approval.
3 to 5 Years experience is acceptable, as some on-site training will be provided as needed.
