SAP ERP Transformation Test Lead / Tester - w2 only

ERP Transformation Test Lead plays a pivotal role in ensuring the successful implementation of ERP systems by leading testing efforts, managing resources, mitigating risks, and fostering collaboration among project stakeholders. As a test manager in a large-scale ERP transformation and implementation project you would be responsible to Define Scope, Deliver and Execute ERP testing.

Testing Expertise :

1. Mandatory Greenfield implementation experience

2. Proficiency in leading testing SAP ERP modules such as SAP ECC (Enterprise Core Components), SAP S / 4HANA, SAP BW (Business Warehouse), SAP CRM (Customer Relationship Management), SAP SCM (Supply Chain Management), etc.

3. Experience in generating test data in previous project

4. Provide quality assurance and testing leadership across all phases of SAP S4 implementation projects, from requirement gathering to deployment.

Hands-on experience in developing test strategies, test plans, test cases, and test scripts for ERP Implementation projects

Proficiency in test management tools such as Tricentis SAP LIVE COMPARE

Familiarity with various types of testing, including functional testing, integration testing, regression testing, performance testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT) for ERP Migration

Conduct design workshops, requirements review sessions, and design reviews with business analysts, system architects, and application engineers to establish rapport and provide support using appropriate verification and validation techniques.

Oversee testing activities throughout the project life cycle from initiation to delivery and closure.

Develop a comprehensive test strategy aligned with the ERP transformation goals and objectives.

Establish and maintain testing schedules, milestones, and deliverables.

Monitor and control testing activities to ensure adherence to timelines and quality standards.

Lead a team of testers, providing guidance, direction, and support throughout the testing lifecycle.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and project managers, to facilitate smooth testing processes.

Conduct regular team meetings to discuss progress, address issues, and provide status updates.

Ensure the quality and integrity of the ERP system by identifying defects, inconsistencies, and areas for improvement.

Technical Experience :

Mandatory Greenfield implementation experience

Proficiency in SAP ERP modules such as SAP ECC (Enterprise Core Components), SAP S / 4HANA, SAP BW (Business Warehouse), SAP CRM (Customer Relationship Management), SAP SCM (Supply Chain Management), etc.

In-depth understanding of SAP testing tools and methodologies, including SAP Solution Manager, SAP Test Workbench, SAP CBTA (Component-Based Test Automation), SAP TAO (Test Acceleration and Optimization), etc.

Experience with SAP integration technologies, interfaces, and data migration processes.

Knowledge of SAP BASIS (Business Application Software Integrated Solution) administration and SAP security concepts is advantageous.

SAP Certification :

Possession of relevant SAP certifications, such as SAP Certified Application Associate, SAP Certified Development Associate, or SAP Certified Technology Associate, depending on the specific module(s) involved in the ERP transformation project .
