Hours: 2:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m.
In accordance with C&W Services policies and procedures, this role is the central point of contact and responsible for meet, greet and direct all employees and guests. This position interacts regularly with customers and high-profile guests including shareholders and dignitaries. Interaction with approximately 50-100 guests per day while maintaining superior customer services at a corporate HQ office located in Wayzata, MN.
Job Description
- Meet, greet, and direct all employees, contractors and guests; notify company personnel of visitor arrival
- Maintains access control by implementing and adhere to security procedures while issuing guest badges
- Provide visit support services: assist with transportation arrangements, assemble name badges, etc.
- Maintain a clean and tidy appearance of the reception area.
- Answer phone calls with employee questions
- Monitors lobby and work area determine customer flow.
- Ability to work mandatory overtime hours to accommodate receptionist needs.
- Interact and work with informal and formal teams, with other employees and customer representatives from various departments always demonstrating a professional demeanor.
- Report to IFM Business Manager on a regular basis on conditions relative to day to day activities
- Responsible for participating in training and continued professional development in the areas of safety and general skill improvement.
- Perform all other tasks as assigned by the IFM Business Manager in response to the needs of the client.

The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.
The compensation for the position is: $19.00 - $20.00
