Job Description:
This role is responsible for performing routine maintenance and repairs on mechanical and electrical systems, conducting inspections, managing work orders, and responding to emergency situations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on mechanical and electrical systems.
- Conduct weekly and monthly inspections of facilities, grounds, and equipment.
- Manage assigned work orders, record time and materials needed to complete repairs, and request necessary materials and supplies through proper channels.
- Respond quickly to emergency situations, summoning additional assistance as needed, and notify senior maintenance technicians of impacting events in a timely manner.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience working with electrical mechanical systems in a support role.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or higher in a related field preferred.
- Valid state driver's license with a clean driving record, pass a criminal background check, and pass a drug screen.
