We are seeking a driven Content Marketing Strategist to join the dynamic marketing and communications team at C&W Services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing compelling content strategies that drive engagement, brand awareness and customer acquisition. The Content Marketing Strategist should be equally proficient with day-to-day activities, while supporting long-term strategy, and should thrive under tight deadlines to meet the organization’s evolving needs. C&W Services is a subsidiary organization of Cushman & Wakefield and offers integrated facility services to more than 600 customers in the United States, Canada and Puerto Rico. The right candidate will have a strong understanding of content creation, advanced communication skills, social media management, audience targeting, SEO, and performance analytics.Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Pay: $95,000
- This is a remote position, but you must live in either central or eastern US.
- Assist with the design and implementation of content marketing plans that align with goals and target audiences.
- Ability to conduct comprehensive content audits to identify gaps.
- Collaborate with writers, designers, videographers and other operational leaders to project manage production of high-quality, engaging content for blogs, social media, email campaigns, and other platforms.
- Lead the full lifecycle of the social media management strategy and delivery in a way that is integrated and comprehensive.
- Aid in managing project workflows, day-to-day, to ensure an efficient and effective production schedule, adhering to standard processes to ensure consistency and efficiency within the marketing and communications projects.
- Ensure feedback and edits are incorporated into drafts, making ad hoc revisions to assets as necessary.
- Maintain project databases, tracking tools, and project delivery and management tools.
- Assist with project management of in-person events, and lead the development and execution of the content / narrative strategy.
- Support the execution and delivery of internal and external communications strategy as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree.
- 3-5 years of design experience—real estate or facility management preferred.
- Ability to independently achieve successful outcomes on all activities with minimal supervision.
- Ability to manage multiple projects at once in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written, oral communication skills and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to work across different audiences, personalities and experience levels.
- Strong relationship management skills and ability to successfully partner with both internal and external stakeholders and project participants.
- Self-motivated but works well in a group environment.
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Premiere) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with UX, WordPress, and other CMS platforms a plus.
- Familiarity with Marketing Automation Platforms and with Mass Communications tools.
- Photography experience and photo / video editing a plus.

The compensation that will be offered to the successful candidate will depend on factors such as whether the position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement, the geographic area in which the work will be performed, market pay rates in that area, and the candidate’s experience and qualifications.
The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.
The compensation for the position is: $80,750.00 - $95,000.00
