Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Reliability Engineer Leader to join our team. As a key member of our North America Customer Fulfillment teams, you will develop and implement proactive reliability programs that enhance equipment performance, maximize uptime, and support operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Develop and Implement Proactive Reliability Programs: Enhance equipment performance, maximize uptime, and support operational excellence.
- Lead Site IMS Teams: Ensure effective Critical Spare Parts tracking.
- Oversee Planner/Schedulers: Ensure timely completion of preventative and predictive maintenance tasks.
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Optimize building systems and maintenance strategies.
- Analyze Performance Metrics: Identify failure modes and implement predictive maintenance improvements.
Requirements
- 5 years in Reliability Program Management or equivalent role
- 5 years of experience in team management, budget oversight, and supplier relations
- Expertise in CMMS systems, reporting, and MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.)
- Hands-on experience with MHE, Controls Systems, PIT, and building operations
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
