Activities
- Utilize established program framework, methodology, and tools in project delivery.
- Develop and facilitate, and manage project documentation, including scope/statements of work, business cases, charters, goals, deliverables, timeline, budget allocation, project plans, training materials, and risk mitigation.
- Adhere to project quality assurance processes and ensure application of quality standards.
- Define project objectives, success criteria, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Monitor project progress, track key metrics, and report on project status to stakeholders.
- Publish/present project performance metrics status reports helping inform organization stakeholders of key information needed to inform of project progress.
- Identify and resolve project issues and risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Conduct regular project reviews and evaluations to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Lead project teams, providing guidance, direction, and support throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure each project team has the tools and resources necessary to meet project deadlines.
- Coordinate and prioritize project activities, ensuring adherence to schedules and milestones.
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders to help ensure project success criteria are clearly understood and met as expected.
- Foster effective communication and collaboration among project team members and stakeholders
- Proactively manage stakeholder expectations and ensure their involvement and buy-in throughout the project.
- Identify project resource requirements and allocate resources effectively.
- Coordinate with functional managers to secure necessary resources for project success.
- Monitor resource utilization, adjust allocation as needed, and resolve resource conflicts.
- Assist in and provide guidance and support for change management efforts.
- Leverage opportunities to build relationships, communities, and competencies with business units across Cushman & Wakefield.
- Perform all other duties as directed and assist the overall team effort in any way possible.
- Other actions to support the Deployment and Enablement team and achieve CWS objectives.

- 5-7 years of Project Management experience.

The compensation that will be offered to the successful candidate will depend on factors such as whether the position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement, the geographic area in which the work will be performed, market pay rates in that area, and the candidate’s experience and qualifications.
The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.
The compensation for the position is: $85,000.00 - $100,000.00
