Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Assistant Maintenance Manager (AMM) to oversee maintenance operations at a single site, ensuring the reliability and performance of engineering assets. This key role reports to the Maintenance Manager or Regional Maintenance Manager and plays a critical part in maintaining site efficiency.
Main Responsibilities
- Maintenance Program Development and Implementation - Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and ensure equipment reliability.
- Team Leadership and Management - Supervise and support maintenance technicians, fostering a collaborative team environment and conducting regular 1:1 meetings and team huddles.
- Client Support and Collaboration - Act as the on-site point of contact for maintenance-related issues, ensuring alignment between RME and Operations teams.
- Administrative Tasks - Ensure compliance with required training completion and maintain accurate data in the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).

Requirements
