Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough reviews of Due Diligence reports, Loss control surveys, loss runs, and timeliness of premium payments.
- Collaborate with experts, such as premium auditors, claims adjusters, and loss control engineers, to evaluate risks and develop effective solutions.
- Direct and supervise underwriting assistants, prioritizing tasks and ensuring seamless communication with internal teams.
- Present client accounts to management for underwriting approval, providing comprehensive data and actionable recommendations.
Requirements:
- At least three years of experience in underwriting and producing primary casualty accounts.
- In-depth knowledge of large account rating programs, including retrospective rating and large deductibles.
- Proven leadership skills and a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
