Key Responsibilities

- Stay current with industry rules and regulations, market conditions, and corporate underwriting disciplines.
- Assist the marketing department with presentations, proposals, and visits.
Requirements
- Three years of industry experience with a capacity for underwriting and production of primary casualty accounts.
- A working knowledge of large account rating programs, including retrospective rating and large deductibles.
- People management skills are essential, with the ability to train and assist underwriting assistants.
