C Y Property Management has immediate openings for multiple On-site Resident Manager positions in the Chico College area. These communities are on school year leases, so additional hours during spring and summer are available. These positions require a minimum commitment of 3 hours per day, Monday through Friday.
The position involves a variety of duties, including:
- One hour in the morning to maintain and ensure the property is clean and presentable.
- Office hours from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM, during which you'll handle tasks such as advertising available apartments, processing rental applications, recording move-ins and move-outs, responding to resident inquiries, scheduling maintenance requests, and collecting rent payments.
Compensation includes a 2-bedroom apartment with a designated space for an on-site office. This role provides an excellent opportunity to live where you work, reducing housing costs while gaining valuable experience.
Skills required:
- Self-motivated, punctual, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Outlook.
- Ability to maintain effective relationships with residents, team members, and the public.
- No prior Resident Manager experience required.
