WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT: GENEROUS RELOCATION PACKAGE AVAILABLE Practice evidence-based perfusion Exercise safe judgement in decision making Make a difference in the lives of your patients and their families Participation in call rotation. Evenings and weekend availability required when on call Evaluate cardiopulmonary status and other relative factors of patients in order to determine appropriate plan. Formulate a case plan by identifying pathophysiological problems associated with the patient. Adapt to changes in patient’s status and formulates plan of action. Document assessments on operative record. Communicate assessment with all persons involved in patient’s care. Prepare operating room and cardiopulmonary bypass machine for the surgical procedure. QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s degree in Cardiovascular Perfusion Science from an accredited college or university - Required. Master’s degree from an accredited college or university in Perfusion - Preferred. Current and valid Certification by the American Board of Cardiovascular Perfusion (ABCP) - Required or must be obtained within 1 year.
